3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across Pakistan (and internationally where specified).Delivery timelines are estimates only; delays may occur. Risk of product damage or loss passes to you upon delivery.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only if the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was delivered.
  • Returns: Products must be unopened, sealed, and returned within 7 days of delivery to qualify.
  • Exclusions: Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for safety reasons.

5. Product Disclaimer

Our fragrances are manufactured at international standard manufacturing facility, ensuring no compromise on quality of perfume while making sure that all our perfumes are 100% halal and free of alcohol

You agree not to misuse our website, including by:
